Christopher P. Aemisegger
Christopher P. Aemisegger graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2007. While there,
Mr. Aemisegger participated in the Notre Dame Summer London Program and was active in the Federalist Society. Mr. Aemisegger graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science from DePaul University in Chicago. Throughout his academic career, Mr. Aemisegger has been an outstanding scholar achieving
significant recognition and prestigious awards including being named a Vincentian Scholarship recipient, being offered membership into the Phi Kappa
Phi and Golden Key International Honor Societies, being inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and being awarded the LeGrand
Smith U.S. Congressional Award. In addition to his academic studies and activities during law school, Mr. Aemisegger was an active
community volunteer working with Hospice organizations, as well as, the Salvation Army.
Prior to joining the Thomas & Company law firm, Mr. Aemisegger's litigation practice was focused on various Labor and Employment areas, including
Ohio Workers' Compensation, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FLMA corporate defense. Additionally, he handled a heavy litigation case-load covering
such areas of law as Product Liability, Premise Liability, and Professional Malpractice Disputes.
Mr. Aemisegger enjoys politics, professional sports and sports analysis, and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Aemisegger is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. He resides with his wife in Columbus, Ohio.
