L. Kelly Stults
Mr. Stults graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics
Management in 1992. He received his law degree from Capital University Law
School in 2001. He is a Delaware, Ohio native.
Mr. Stults has also owned and operated a successful horse training and racing
stable. He worked in Columbus, Ohio in the public and private sector.
In addition, Mr. Stults brings with him valuable experience when evaluating and
negotiating claims. Mr. Stults worked as a claims adjuster for an Ohio insurance
company, and focused on negotiating claims involving bodily injury, as well as
those involving homeowners, motorcycle and automobile claims, and liability
claims. Mr. Stults focuses on personal injury litigation, estate planning,
general litigation and worker's compensation.
Mr. Stults represents clients at hearings with the Ohio Bureau of Workers'
Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission. He also represents clients
during Workers' Compensation actions filed in common pleas court, courts of
appeal and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Mr. Stults focuses his practice on
advising clients regarding workers' compensation policies and practices,
including investigation of injuries. Mr. Stults lives in Delaware, Ohio with his
wife, a sixth grade school teacher and their son and daughter.
